My family really liked it. I was worried bc we don’t really eat pumpkin, so I added extra sour cream and butter. Next time I will sub butternut squash.

Good recipe… Although it is not a “Shepherds” pie it’s a “Cottage” pie. If it were to be named Shepherd you would use lamb mince not beef.
Shepherds are people who look after sheep.
