In reply to Aliyah. Hi Aliyah, Absolutely! You can definitely make these ahead. Just steam the buns, let them cool completely, and then freeze them in an airtight container. To keep that signature fluffy texture, skip the microwave, it’ll dry them out. Instead, just re-steam them for about 3–4 minutes until they're soft again. They’ll be just as pillowy as the first batch! Enjoy! Xx

Love this recipe! I’m planning to make a big batch for a dinner party later this week. Can these be made ahead of time and frozen, or do they lose that fluffy texture once they’re reheated?
