Delicious!!! I used chicken breasts because that’s what I had on hand. I am obviously not a good reader because I cut all of the cherry tomatoes in half but like the results. Definitely would make this recipe again!

I don’t agree. It would have been a greasy mess. Just cover the skillet when it goes into the oven and the meat stays juicy and tender.

Delicious! Only change I made is all tomatoes went in together in step 5. I didn’t like the two different textures of the tomatoes, so this way they are cooked for the same length. I did cover the skillet as the chicken cooked in the oven so there would be plenty of balsamic sauce in the end. It came out perfectly.

My husband thinks it was a misprint and the thighs should’ve been skin ON bone on, not skinless
