I lined a pan with plastic pan as directed, but I used a springform pan. It released beautifully and the plastic wrap kept it fresh until I put the wreath out to serve.

What a beautiful cheese ball/wreath! I used an old jello mold to make a smaller version to feed 10. Worked very well. Might try molding into a tree shape for the half recipe next time. It was a hit…great recipe!
