Incredibly delicious salad and very satisfying. It is great to make ahead and holds well in refrigerator for a few days. I used yellow fin tuna in olive oil and didn’t drain it. Next time I will cut back on amount of oil in dressing because it was a bit too much oil.
Have shared the recipe with my daughter and lots of friends.
Also, I shredded some romaine lettuce and put it in the bottom of my individual bowl before eating it.

This was fantastic. Healthy, fresh, refreshing, delicious. My husband — who hates everything healthy and good for you — said this was the BEST tuna salad he’s ever had…. and he requested to eat this once a week.
I’m amazed. This was quick, easy, and delicious! We ate it with crackers.
Will be making again.

Made this today for lunch for my family. Delicious. Even the kids loved it, stating that ‘I should open a restaurant!’ Winner!
